Fried Chicken Wings

(Serves 2) Ingredients: ½ kg chicken wings ½ onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped 2 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin 3 bay leaves, crushed Salt, pepper to taste Fresh herbs Juice of ½ lemon 3-4 tablespoon olive oil Oil for frying

(Chicken marinate)



Method: In a bowl combine all ingredients (except oil for frying) and marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. Preheat oil in a frying pan over high heat; turn down to medium, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side. Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
