Orange marmalade is one of the favourites in our house. It’s always nice to have home-made marmalade in a kitchen cupboard so if you fancy something – just open cupboard door and it’s there 🙂 Made from fresh oranges and ginger adds a little kick – wonderful spread on toast or biscuits.
(Makes approximately 700 ml) Ingredients: 3 oranges 4 tablespoons ginger powder 450 gram sugar 100 ml water Method: Wash the oranges thoroughly then grate orange rind, set aside.
